As we identify needs, we can assist with things like coordinating rides, scheduling appointments, or handling any other administrative tasks that come up.

We can also help you address any needs that are uncovered during our daily phone calls with your loved one. We can help with things like scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, finding and booking a plumber, meal planning…the list goes on.
How does it work?
Just tell us what you need, and we’ll be happy to help. We’ll take care of the details, and keep you updated along the way. For example, if you ask us to arrange a doctor’s appointment, we’ll make sure we clearly understand your requirements, including timing and transportation needs. Then we’ll research, make all the arrangements, and send all the relevant parties a confirmation message and reminder before the event.
You only pay for additional assistance when you use it. The cost for additional assistance is $1.50 per minute, with a minimum usage of 10 minutes per week on weeks that you use the service.
