For example, if you ask us to arrange a doctor's appointment, we’ll make sure we clearly understand your requirements, including timing and transportation needs. Then we’ll research, make all the arrangements, and send all the relevant parties a confirmation message and reminder before the event.
You only pay for additional assistance when you use it. The cost for additional assistance is $1.50 per minute, with a minimum usage of 10 minutes per week on weeks that you use the service.
